***Cancellation Policy***
Cancellations made 30 days prior to trip reservation date can receive a 100% refund. Trips cancelled inside of this will loose their deposit. Trips cancelled with less than 7 days before reserved date will have your credit card charged for the full amount of the trip. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SPLIT CHARTER TRIPS UNLESS THE TRIP IS CANCELLED BY THE CAPTAIN. ON SPLIT TRIPS, PAYMENT IN FULL REQUIRED SO WE ARE NOT LEFT AT THE DOCK IN THE EVENT THE OTHER PARTIES ARE A NO SHOW.
The captain maintains the right to cancel the trip in the event of hazardous weather or other acts of god. If the captain deems the weather unsafe, your deposit will be applied to a future trip, or a 100% refund will be given. If you decide to cut a trip short because you are seasick, payment for the trip is still required in full. On split party trips, WE DO NOT COME BACK IN FOR BEING SEA SICK.
Other Policies
Payment for the trip is due before departing the dock. Our prices are cash prices in US dollars only. We can accept credit cards for a 4% fee added.
Due to crazy fluctuations in fuel prices, we do reserve the right to implement a fuel surcharge to offset the increasing expenses. Thank You for your understanding!
Not to sound like doom and gloom, but there are certain things we have to do to ensure everyone's safety and future best interests.
We do not allow firearms, illegals drugs, or GPS Tracking devices of any kind while on board. Gps coordinates are not free to take. We do collect GPS tracking devices ( cell phones, smart watches, tablets, etc.) You are NOT entitled to the fishing GPS coordinates we are fishing. This is our livelihood. We are happy to teach you how to find new bottom using the electronics, how to use specific techniques and rigs, etc. We will also be more than Happy to take any photos or you on our phones and send them to you once we are back at the dock. Due to phones having the ability to store GPS location to the photos, we reserve the right to collect the phones (and all GPS tracking equipment) into a faraday bag in a dry, safe location.
If you, or anyone on the trip is caught trying to steal GPS locations, the trip will immediately be terminated and the full trip will still be due!
Ultimately, your captain is responsible for the boat and crew. If he feels there are conditions that pose a threat or possible harm to his or herself, or any of the crew members, the trip will be terminated.
Privacy Policies

On the trip, we may take pictures which may be used on our website, our social media sites, etc. By participating on the trip, you are giving us implied consent. We may use your email address for fishing updates, split trip opportunities, etc.
